For additional technical support, please contact our Helpdesk by email at OWRSSLearning@michener.ca so your request can be triaged appropriately. Your issue will be addressed by the support team between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EDT, Monday to Friday. Due to the large volume of users on this platform, it may take approximately 24-48 hours for issues to be resolved. Issues received after 5:00 PM EDT Friday will not be monitored on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or statutory holidays. Your request will be triaged and resolved the following business day.
